Long Line Leash Printable Cheat Sheet for High-Energy Dogs. Below is the gear list we'd actually buy, plus a quick routine so the gear gets used every day. Every product here supports recall & off-leash practice with short, reward-based sessions and one clear command.
How to use it
- Long line on: Attach a 15 to 30 ft line to a back-clip harness.
- Charge the command: Say the recall command, then a jackpot of treats.
- Short distance: Call from a few feet; party when they arrive.
- Add distance: Let the line drag and build distance step by step.
- Add distractions: New places, one distraction at a time; never call for bad news.
